Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream has become a cult success with unique flavors like pickled mango and goat cheese with red cherries. A new offering from the Ohio-based company may be their most unusual concoction yet. As Eater reports, Jeni's Everything Bagel ice cream packs the flavor of the savory breakfast item into a sweet dessert.

The new ice cream variety from Jeni's is exactly what it sounds like. All the ingredients found in everything bagel seasoning—including sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and even onion and garlic—are represented. They've been added to buttery streusel pieces, which are mixed into a sweet cream cheese ice cream base.

Compared to other bagel shop-inspired ice cream experiments, Jeni's new flavor is easy to swallow. Max and Mina's Ice Cream in Queen's New York has sold lox ice cream containing real pieces of Nova smoked salmon and cream cheese. So if the idea of garlic in your ice cream turns you off, just be glad that Jeni's doesn't serve their bagel ice cream with the works. (But know that plenty of ice cream purveyors have experimented with plain old garlic ice cream, too.)
