Google Now is the company's voice command application, much like Apple's Siri. Like many Google services, programmers and designers hid a number of goodies deep within its code. If your device has Android 4.1 Jelly Bean or higher, try these Google Now Easter eggs out for yourself. Just remember to say "OK Google" to fire up the app before asking a question.

1. "What Does The Fox Say?"

This one is based on the Norwegian comedy duo Ylvis' smash hit "The Fox." If you ask Google Now, "What does the fox say?" it will reply with a "Hatee-hatee-hatee-ho!" Ask it again and you'll get a "Wa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pow!"

2. "When Am I?"

Ask Google Now, "When am I?" and it will respond, "The present. Of course, Tardis functionality is still undergoing development. Sorry," which, of course, is a Doctor Who reference. Google Now will also bring up search results for the time.

3. "Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right"

If you recite the Konami Code ("Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right") to Google Now, the app will respond, "Cheat mode unlocked! Unlimited free Google Searches."

4. "What is the Nature of the Universe?"

Ask Google Now, "What is the nature of the universe?" and it will answer, "The universe is a spheroid structure 705 meters in diameter." Google Now will also bring up search results for the episode "Remember Me" from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

5. "What is the Airspeed Velocity of an Unladen Swallow?"

It seems that the Google Now programmers are big Monty Python fans. Ask the voice command app, "What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?" and it will ask you if you mean an African swallow. This was one of the questions the bridgekeeper asked King Arthur at the end of Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

6. "Who's on First?"

Ask Google Now, "Who's on first?" and the search app will respond with a "Yes!" If you ask it again, Google Now will reply, "And What's on second?" The legendary Abbott & Costello comedy routine will also appear in the search results.

7. "Beam me up, Scotty!"

Although YouTube also features a "Beam me up, Scotty" Easter egg, Google programmers ported a version of the hidden treat to Google Now. Tell the voice command app to "Beam me up, Scotty" and it will reply, "I cannot do it captain, I don't have the power!" in Scotty's comical accent from Star Trek.

8. "What's Your Favorite Color?"

If you ask Google Now, "What's your favorite color?" the voice command app will answer, "It's hard to just pick one." Google Now will then bring up an image search with the colorful Google logo and web results for Google Doodle.

9. "Lions, and Tigers, and Bears..."

Recite "Lions, and Tigers, and Bears..." and Google Now will finish the line and say, "Oh my!" Google Now will also bring up search results for The Wizard of Oz.

10. "Make Me a Sandwich"

Tell Google Now to make you a sandwich and it will say, "Poof! You're a sandwich!"

11. "Who Are You?"

Ask Google Now, "Who Are You?" and it will answer, "Searching for oneself can take a lifetime, but a good place to start is classic rock." Google Now will also bring up search results for the rock band The Who.
