Obsessed With Disney World's Animal Kingdom? Now You Can Get Married There
Disney fanatics, it may be time to put a ring on it because there are now several new venues at the company's various theme parks available for magical weddings, according to Inside the Magic.
Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons is a wedding planning service for fans obsessed with all things Disney. The team puts together weddings across the world featuring Walt-inspired touches like castle-themed cakes and appearances from Mickey and Minnie. It plans weddings at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Disney’s Aulani resort in Hawaii, on Disney cruises, and elsewhere.
Now there are more options for couples desperate to get married at some of Disney’s most beloved park locations. The company just made the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground available for ceremonies at Disney World in Orlando. The Chinese Theatre at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in California is now open for weddings as well.
Some of the ceremonies performed at the new venues have been featured on a reality series on Freeform called Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings, so you can get a pretty good preview of what a wedding at the Tree of Life might look like before you book. Pricing for venues at the various theme parks starts at $4500. It appears that the new venues are only available with the “Wishes” packages, which requires a minimum expenditure of $12,000.
