INTRODUCTION

When you visit or access our websites and mobile applications (“Websites”) of Pro Sportority (Israel) Ltd., and its affiliated companies (“Minute Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) or use any other digital services where our Cookie Policy is posted (together, “Services”), we may use (and authorize third parties to use) certain tracking technologies as listed below (collectively referred to as "Cookies").

Depending on your location, you can change your settings for Cookies at any time in our preference center by clicking “Manage Preferences” located in the footer of each page.

We may change this Cookie Policy from time to time, in which case we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Cookie Policy. If we make any material changes to the way we use Cookies, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you and will take additional steps as required by applicable laws.

WHAT ARE “TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES”?

  • Cookies: commonly used tracking technology, comprised of small text files (composed only of letters and numbers) that a web server places on your computer or mobile device when you visit a webpage. You can find more information about cookies at www.allaboutcookies.org
  • Pixels: small images on a web page or in an email which collect information about your browser or device and can set cookies on your browser.
  • SDKs: also known as “software development kits”, blocks of code, typically provided by our partners, that may be installed in our applications. SDKs may help us understand how you interact with our applications and may collect information about the device and network you use to access our applications, such as the advertising ID associated with your device or information about how you interact with our applications.
  • Web beacons: invisible picture files that we use as part of our Services, to see how you interact with our Services and to understand how often you view certain content so that we can make our website more efficient and easier to use.
  • Mobile device IDs: unique identifiers which can be used to identify a mobile device. We use these to run analytics and ensure our Services are useful to you. Our advertising partners use these to show you ads that are useful to you and also to make sure they don’t show the same ad to you twice.
  • Local storage: We also use local storage to store data on your device, such as the last time you visited a webpage or to welcome you to our Website.
  • HTML5 local storage: We occasionally store information locally on your device using HTML5. This allows information to be stored in your browser after the browser has been closed and reopened. We only use HTML5 to store non-sensitive information, such as the previous page you viewed, the name of the current page you are viewing, and some of your preferences. We do not use HTML5 local storage to collect personal data from you. You can choose whether the data in HTML5 local storage should be kept beyond your current browser session or deleted. Depending on your browser, you can remove local storage, including HTML5, when clearing your cache and cookies.

In addition to the cookies we use on the Websites, we also use Cookies in some of the emails and push notifications we send you. These enable us to understand whether you have opened the email or push notification and how you have interacted with it. If you have enabled images, Cookies will be set on your device and will also be set if you click on any link within the email or push notification.

WHY USE COOKIES?

There are five main purposes for using Cookies:

  • Strictly necessary Cookies: These are essential to enable you to login, navigate around and use the features of our Services, or to provide a service requested by you (such as your username). These can be used for security and integrity reasons.
  • Functionality Cookies: These allow our Services to remember choices you make (such as your language) and provide enhanced and personalized features. For example, these are used for authentication (to remember when you are logged-in) and support other features of our Services.
  • Performance Cookies: These collect information about your online activity (for example, the duration of your visit on our Services), including behavioral data and content engagement metrics. These are used for analytics, research, and to perform statistics (based on aggregated information).
  • Marketing or Advertising Cookies: These are used to deliver tailored offers and advertisements to you, based on your derived interests, as well as to perform email marketing campaigns. They can also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. They are usually placed by our advertising partners and provide them with insights about the people who see and interact with their ads, visit their websites or use their app.
  • Social Media  Cookies: These include social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” or “Share” buttons, or third-party log-in services. These features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing these features.

STORING COOKIES

We store Cookies when you visit or access our Services. These are called “First Party Cookies”. In addition, Cookies are stored by other third parties (for example our analytics service providers, business partners and advertisers) - these are called “Third Party Cookies”. Please see the table below for information about how long we store Cookies.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR COOKIES SETTINGS

There are various ways in which you can manage and control your Cookies settings. Please remember that, by deleting or blocking Cookies, some of the features of the Services may not work properly or as effectively.

If you are based in the EEA, the UK, or certain states in the US, you can change your settings for Cookies at any time in our preference center by clicking the “Manage Preferences” link in the footer of our Properties.

In addition to our preference center, most browsers allow you to change your settings in relation to Cookies. Below are some links to some commonly used web browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari (Desktop), Safari (Mobile), and Android Browser.

On many mobile devices, you can manage interest-based advertising through your device’s settings. These options can include resetting your device’s advertising ID or selecting “Limit Ad Tracking” (for iOS devices) or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (for Android devices) in your device settings.

Please note that your choice to opt out is device- or browser-specific, and you will need to manage your preferences for each device or browser you use. You may also need to make this choice separately on different Minute Media services. If you disable one or more Cookies, we will still use the information collected via these Cookies prior to your disabled preference being set; however, we will stop using the disabled Cookies to collect any further information.

Turning off third-party advertising Cookies or ads

You can turn off certain third-party targeting and advertising cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative webpage.

Most vendors used on our site could be managed using our preference center. However, due to technical factors outside of our control, other vendors’ cookies could be managed by using any of the options described above.

If you are based in the EEA or the UK, you have the option to opt out of seeing targeted online ads by visiting www.youronlinechoices.com. Please note that this list will contain more networks than those used on our Services. Alternatively, you can opt out of certain advertising Cookies by visiting our preference center (see link and details above). Please note that neither of these options means that you will see less advertising when you use our Services; the only effect is that the advertising will be less relevant to you.
