Lucy Adlington is the founder of History Wardrobe, which gives costume-in-context presentations to more than 15,000 people across the UK every year. She works closely with English Heritage and National Trust and has a large collection of original outfits spanning 200 years of fashion history. Adlington is the author of Great War Fashion and Fashion: Women in World War One. She is also a children's author and has been nominated for the Carnegie Medal.
