On Fridays, we ask a bunch of unrelated questions. Your answers help get us through the afternoon. Answer one, answer all, or ask your own question. On to this week's topics...

1. A while back I was buying groceries and stamps at my local A&P. As a former A&P employee, I thought the teenage cashier might be interested to know how we used to sell stamps in my day. You had to add $6.40 to the total in your head and couldn't include them in credit card purchases and one time someone pulled out a calculator and he was reprimanded and...

He was, in fact, not interested. It was, in retrospect, a terrible anecdote. I should have gestured towards the candy and said, "Did you know Three Musketeers bars were originally three smaller bars: one vanilla, one chocolate, and one strawberry?" Or just not talked at all. What's your favorite amazing fact that blows people's minds?

2. What's the most annoying thing anyone ever did to you (or to everyone) at work?

3. What's a local small chain or restaurant you think the rest of the country/world would embrace?

4. Your turn! Got a question for the group? Ask it here. Have a great weekend!
