Sriracha ("rooster sauce") is a staple condiment in my house. It goes on pizza, on pasta, in soup, and sometimes even in grilled cheese sandwiches (try it -- but don't overdo it). Here's a nice video profile of David Tran, the man who invented the most popular form of Sriracha sauce decades ago, and still makes it today. Keep an eye out for the giant drums of spicy goodness...wow.
