Warning Labels That Everyone Ignores
On Fridays, we ask a series of unrelated questions. Your answers help get us through the afternoon. Answer one, answer all, or ask your own question. On to this week's topics...
1. Earlier this week, our own Erin McCarthy ended up at the doctor after ignoring the warning label on Q-tips that everybody ignores. What other warning labels do you/everyone overlook all the time?
2. Really fun reddit discussion: "What is a completely rational sentence you could speak today, that if you said 20 years ago, people would think you were insane?" Some examples:
Aw man, I accidentally liked her photo.
I store my contacts in the cloud.
What else belongs on the list?
3. What was the first VHS tape you purchased? Or first DVD if you weren't around during the peak Video Home System era. (I'm not sure I knew that's what VHS stood for until right this second. Might be time for another acronym/initialism video.)
4. Your turn! Got a question for the group? Ask away. Have a great weekend!
