Dan Janssen has eaten cheese pizza, and pretty much only cheese pizza, for 25 years. Some people see this as heroic, others think it's stupid, but judgments aside, it's very real. Janssen eats pizza, is a vegetarian, and doesn't really like vegetables. How does this affect his life, his health, his relationships? Here's a 15-minute documentary exploring those questions. It's no spoiler to say he's got some problems.
There's a lot more detail in a Vice interview with Janssen, detailing some childhood food-related trauma that may have contributed to his current situation. Here's a sample quote:
"I never want to give up my love and passion for pizza. However, I would like to be able to go to a restaurant where they didn't serve pizza and order off the menu, which I can't really do right now. My fiancée is vegetarian, so it would be nice to be able to go out to nicer restaurants with her. We're sort of limited as to where we go because of my pizza addiction."
