The Great Crab Migration

When the rainy season begins, 50 million red crabs migrate across Christmas Island, a territory of Australia. The rain hasn't quite started yet this year (it typically runs from October through December), but in this video, you can see how the residents of the island dealt with the massive crab migration last year. There are crab underpasses, crab fences, and even crab rake-wielding workers wandering the roads. Behold:
