One High School Class Every Senior Should Take
Every Friday, I post a series of unrelated questions meant to spark conversation in the comments. Answer one, answer all, respond to someone else's reply, whatever you want. On to this week's topics of discussion...
1. In an effort to churn out better-prepared graduates, you've been hired to develop one course that all high school seniors must take. The topic is up to you: personal finance, the U.S. Constitution, health and wellness, changing flat tires. What would your class be?
2. My first exposure to the internet came via those annoying AOL CD-ROMs, which arrived in our mailbox on a regular basis in the first half of the 1990s. When did you first go online?
3. The other day, an elderly woman whom I'd never met stopped her car to tell me that I have excellent posture. (OK, this really happened in 1996.) What's the strangest compliment you've received?
4. If you were putting on a conference for people in your profession, who would be your first choice for keynote speaker? And a follow-up: who's the best speaker you've seen at a conference? (The answers might be the same.)

While we're on the subject of fun games and great gift ideas (we're not?), let me slip in a quick plug for Split Decision, our brand new trivia game. If you use the code SPLITDECISION before checkout, you'll get 10% off. This is the only game I'll beg you to buy this year. Thanks for the support and have a great weekend!
