According to this link, master illusionist and stuntman David Blaine has been tapped to be an NBA pitchman in a new series of ads. Apparently, the tagline for the campaign is, "Unbelievable." And while it definitely seems unbelievable that the league is using a guy whose most publicized trick was locking himself up in a clear box and going on a cause-less hunger strike, I think AdFreak had the best line about the confusing choice: "Sure, [we] recently noted that Magic is still a force in basketball marketing, but we meant Earvin Johnson."
